Terms of service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
Bookalo is a booking platform for service businesses, operated by RHQ (Ricardo Faneite). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Bookalo gives you an online booking page, a calendar for your team, email reminders, and tools to manage clients, checkout, and reports. Your clients book with you through your page; the commercial relationship is between your business and your clients.
2. Beta
Bookalo is in beta. The service works and we run it seriously, but it keeps evolving: some features may change or improve over time. If something important is going to change, we'll let you know.
3. Your account
You must give us accurate information and keep your password safe. You're responsible for the activity on your account and your team's accounts.
4. Plans and payment
There is a free plan and flat-priced monthly paid plans, billed through Stripe. We never charge a per-booking fee or a percentage of what you charge your clients.
You can change plans or cancel anytime; if you cancel, you keep the paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't issue partial refunds for the current month.
5. Your data and your clients' data
Your business data and your clients' data belong to you. You authorize us to process them only to operate the service: rendering your page, managing appointments, and sending confirmation and reminder emails on your behalf.
If you close your account you can ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy policy).
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Bookalo for illegal activity, spam, impersonation, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service.
7. Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it continuously available and take daily backups, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or an absence of errors.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the service in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect damages or for disputes between your business and your clients (missed appointments, charges, quality of the service rendered, etc.).
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or inside the product before it takes effect.
